Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Hello@koshaandlane.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address we advise you once your request is received by the above email address.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that personal care products — including soaps, shampoo and conditioner bars, deodorants, body loofahs, and oral hygiene products and Make-up products cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, we are happy to offer an exchange. Please notify us within 30 days of purchase by contacting us via our ‘Contact Us’ form or emailing hello@koshaandlane.com, including your order number and clear images of the fault.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we are happy to offer an exchange within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
