Shipping & Returns/Policies

Shipping; 

We ship between Monday to Friday and aim to have all orders dispatched within 1-3 business days. 

Within Australia 

Standard shipping 2-7 Business days $13 and Express shipping 1-3 Business days $18. Orders over $150 will offer free standard shipping.

Our chosen carrier is Australia Post and at times they can experience delays, especially during peak times. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

International

At this stage we are only shipping to New Zealand. Standard tracked shipping via NZ Post will be $25AUD.

Complaints & Enquiries;

We appreciate your understanding that as a business dedicated to bringing you amazing quality products from our wonderful suppliers we are just a small business ourselves in comparison to some of the companies we wholesale for therefore our processing and response times may take 1-3 business days, or longer during peak times. We will endeavour to get back to you as soon possible.

Returns & Exchanges;

If an item is faulty we will gladly exchange it by being notified of the fault within 30 days of purchase. You can notify of such instances through our 'Contact Us' enquiry form on our website or simply via email to hello@koshaandlane.com along with your order number and images of the fault. 

We do not offer refunds for change of mind and will happily offer an exchange within 14 days of initial purchase. Product must be unused, in original packaging. 

Please note personal care products such as soaps, shampoo & conditioner bars, deoderants, body loofahs, oral hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
